What should I do if my return air registers arrive damaged or defective?
If there is Major Damage to your order note the damage on the Bill of Lading from the driver and refuse the shipment. Please contact us and a replacement will be sent out. If there are minor scratches or dings on the unit that you deem acceptable, you may accept the delivery but be sure to note the scratches or dents on the bill of lading before you sign for and accept the shipment.
We have 48 hours after the shipment is accepted to report concealed damage. Contact us as soon as possible if concealed damage is found. As long as it is reported in this 48 hour time frame a replacement can be sent out and the damaged unit(s) can be returned. To expedite a replacement unit, please contact us at (888) 944-8684 and we will get another unit shipped out as soon as possible.
