What is the return policy for case coils bought online?
Refunds will be granted if item is returned in same condition as shipped “NEW and in the original Packaging”. Any item that is returned and either is not in the original Packaging or is damaged in any way, the Customer will be partially refunded at HVAC Warehouse’s discretion of revised resale value. Refunds will be given to items that have been shipped and received within 14 days of ship date. We only pay to have the product shipped to the buyer. The Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. If the order was made in error and shipping has already taken place, the Customer will be responsible to cover the shipping fees.
