  Purchases are usually shipped within 48 hours of order on business days. Transit time can vary, shipments will arrive anywhere from 3-10 business days. 

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

 To ensure a proper on-time delivery, please follow the below instructions:

 Purchases are usually shipped within 48 hours of order on business days. Transit time can vary, shipments will arrive anywhere from 3-10 business days. 

 Shipments will only be sent to the address listed on the order. If you have provided an incorrect address, call us immediately at (1-762-435-4822 (1-762-4FLHVAC).

 If the item has already shipped, you will be responsible for the rerouting, storage, or return of the item.

 Please provide a valid phone number for your order. This is required by the shipping firms so that the drivers can contact you upon arrival. We are unable to ship the product without this contact information.

 Once all the information has been received and the product has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

 Although it is unlikely, in some instances damages may occur during the shipping process. To ensure you are protected, inspect the items very closely upon receipt.

 NOTE: Do not personally sign or have another person sign for the item if you have not inspected and approved the receipt. Once you sign, you have accepted that product As Is, and the trucking company is no longer liable. The units are checked prior to shipping and are all in Brand New condition. If you fail to check the item and sign for shipping acceptance and then find damage after the fact, please see the return policy.

 If there are minor scratches / dings on the unit that you deem acceptable, you may accept the delivery but be sure to note the scratches / dents on the bill of lading before you sign it.

 For MAJOR damage, refuse the delivery and the trucking company will contact our office to discuss.

 To expedite a replacement unit, please contact us at (1-762-435-4822 (1-762-4FLHVAC) and we will get another unit shipped out as soon as possible.

 Prior to scheduling an installation date, ensure that all the material has been received and is in good shape. Also, if you need assistance locating an installer in your area, please call us and we can assist.
